Ease of claim processing
I submitted a claim for my dog's new puppy check up, rabies and booster shots. We made a vet appointment on the day the insurance started, and they had sn opening! I submitted the claim and it was processed within a week. I am very happy with the speed of Spot's claim processing and the ease.

This is a wonderful pet insurance company! I have been with them since I got two happy, loving puppy pug brothers in 2012. Shockingly, I lost one last year, and they were extremely kind and compassionate in acknowleding and sympathizing my loss. Have accumulated significant vet bills over the years and especially recently because my dogs mean everything to me. Healthy Paws has a very slick, easy online claim submission process and communicates back very quickly via email. Claims have been adjudicated and direct deposit made to my bank account astonishingly fast! A couple of days! I finish by saying I wholeheartedly recommend pet owners go with this company for peace of mind that you can get and afford the best possible care for your beloved pets!"

Quality for the Price
The health insurance provided is value for the money. It gives me piece of mind should my dog have an injury or illness requiring. I also participate in the wellness plan which is comparable in price to my previous pet's care club. It has been easy to submit claims and get reimbursed. The customer service is caring and helpful.

Best Decision I Ever Made For My Dog!
I was originally introduced to Embrace pet insurance through my insurance company USAA. I thought if USAA is partnering with Embrace for their members it must be a good company. I've had my boy Louie insured by Embrace for close to two years now and it has been a "life-saver" for both of us. A couple of months after getting health insurance for Louie, he was diagnosed with Addison's disease. This condition requires monthly shots and a steroid pill every other day. Being retired military and living on a fixed income It was nice to know I wasn't in this alone, and while he is expected to live a normal lifespan the costs add up. I'm grateful to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to taking care of Louie's health! The online claims process is first-rate, it takes just minutes to file a claim, they are handled expeditiously, and payments are deposited into my checking account automatically, usually within two days. I would not hesitate recommending Embrace pet insurance to family and friends.
