Easy, Affordable Care For Cooper
We are frequently talking about the ease of making an online claim. It’s been efficient and easy. That means so much. On top of that, we have good coverage for our dog and know it’s not going to be a struggle to keep giving him the care he deserves.

Not the best
Said they only take 30 days to do the medical history review but it took them more than 60 days. They're not available 24/7 and have very limited east coast working hours so it makes it hard to do anything with your insurance. They also signed me up for the wrong policy coverage because their website and system glitches (even their LVT said this) and I was unable to change it within the timeframe they allotted.

Fetch is Improved, but Could Improve More!
Eventually, Fetch paid on this claim. Fetch has improved from its early days when there was no way to contact except by submitting a claim. I think Fetch could do better by having a voice phone contact to answer questions

Great overall experience
I like that it is very easy to submit your claim. Just upload documents i to the app. Fetch is great at sending updates until your claim is resolved. The payments are very timely. I really like the service. It’s great.
