Horrible MET LIFE
I recommend that everyone on here who was filed a terrible review with this terrible company should start a claim with the department of insurance and banking against this carrier. They will then have to investigate them.

Depending on who you talk to
Depending on who you talk to, you might get a straight answer. My representative doesn't seem to listen or know the company policies, so had me doing the run around and paying for extra vet visits. Extremely upsetting.
