Miss deadline for claim and you are out of luck.
Over 8,000 dollars spent over the life of my dog. Missed submission deadline for claims due to illness and other problems in my household. So, no reimbursement.

I am starting to think the wellness…
I am starting to think the wellness part of my policy is not worth it. It's $480 a year amd I only get $350 max back on reimbursement. I spent $ 290 last Vet visit amd received $25 back on a 90% reimbursement. About to drop this next month. I'll keep thd accident and sickness probally, but dropping the wellness. Plus l, it took 5 weeks to get my money back

Agent Laura had such a soothing voice…
Agent Laura had such a soothing voice and helpful attitude that she calmed my jitters. I am a grandmother and sometimes have difficulty doing forms online. We started together and came to a question. Laura called my vet’s office and she and the vet assistant did the work for me. I was so grateful. It was so thoughtful of Laura to go above and beyond.

I have tried a few other pet insurance companies; but a girlfriend recommended SPOT, so I made the switch. Recently, my Cane Corso torn his ACL and what a scary situation that was. SPOT was there and made filing my insurance claim so easy. I am beyond grateful to have this in place for my pets.

I called and spoke to Samantha. I had several things I wanted to discuss and she was very patient polite and pleasant. The best thing was that I didn’t have to repeat anything that I mentioned to her. Unfortunately,sometimes you have to do that and it makes you feel like people are not paying attention. This was not the case with her even though I threw a lot of information at her. She is a pleasure to work with and a definite asset to your company. Please give her the recognition she deserves. 14 years of excellent service
I have been with ASPCA for 14 years. The Customer Service Reps have always been professional. Sadly I had to euthanize my cat. The Rep I spoke with was compassionate. I definitely will stay with ASPCA if we get another cat.
