Great customer service
Great customer service! We adopted an 8 month old puppy from the Tampa Humane Society and suggested that we purchase pet insurance and we are very grateful that we did. It was discovered by our veterinarian that our puppy needed surgery for a hernia and needed to see a soft tissue surgeon due to the location of the hernia. The surgery cost was $4,300, and it was covered by the pet insurance, we were reimbursed 80% of the cost. We highly recommend this pet insurance!!

Misleading deductibles
When you start running the numbers, you will realize that you were paying far m ore than 20% deductible. Great example ER visit 437. They do not cover the ER charge which was 195. Which means my actual deductible was almost 50%, not 20%. They do not cover vet fees or ER fees. This is a workaround to not actually tell you exactly what they charge as a deductible. It's a dishonest practice. And I would stay as far away from healthy paws as I could. Unfortunately I've had them for 4 years and my dog is seven. So going somewhere else is going to be costly but I truly dislike deceptive trade practice.

Embrace has been so helpful
Embrace has been the least stressful aspect of owning a pet, haha. Our one year old cat has had a very stubborn bacterial nail bed infection that has quickly added up to over $1500. Embrace has made it so easy to file claims and reimbursement is fast! Thanks embrace.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I was so excited to get pet insurance to help with vet expenses. The woman that signed me up encouraged wellness visits and said how important that was to them. Then I was reimbursed $0 for my cats wellness visits, which is spent over $600 on. I submitted over $1,000 in claims while having fetch and was reimbursed $9!!! Needless to say, I canceled my policy.
