I have had dogs & cats all my life and never had insurance before. I felt very comfortable going thru Costco to get Figo cause of their reputation. Figo has treated me and my pets amazing prompt and any questions immediately respond and payment in my account fast. Thank you!

I'm generally annoyed that Nationwide allowed my pet insurance to lapse twice. They do not notify you effectively that your coverage is about to be up. I now have to go through the process of re-enrolling, which means they are starting the qualification process all over again. It's just kind of silly. I've been thinking of just cancelling entirely.

My mom had to switch pet insurance companies a few years ago when Nationwide dropped her 10-year old dog. MetLife has been wonderful to work with at reasonable rates. It is the only company I will consider.
