I have had pet insurance on my dog for now the last few years I haven't had any major issues they've covered a lot of stuff that I didn't think they would cover also getting reimbursed for medications and doctors visits always helps to pay back on my Care credit card for my dog. I really appreciate having really good health care for my dog

So disappointed
I've had coverage on my current cats since they were kittens. Had to take one into the animal hospital Saturday night. I'm so disappointed in the coverage I've been paying for. I had a $1,000 deductible. I guess I didn't realize there was also a co-pay after that, but okay. I didn't realize they wouldn't cover cremation, but okay. The part I don't get is they didn't cover the exam because that would be a normal expense... this wasn't a wellness visit, this was a there's an emergency issue and how else are they supposed to figure out what's wrong if they don't exam her? Anyway, out of about a $2,300 bill, Trupanion paid $250ish of it. So basically all of the premiums I've paid for 11 years, if I'd just put it in the bank, it would've covered what they didn't cover. Now, I've paid Trupanion and I get to pay the hospital. I'll be cancelling my policy for my other cat as it's really not worth it.

Trupanion is a wonderful company. From how fast they process claims to how anytime I had questions their customer service support is so kind and provided detailed answers. I couldn’t recommend this pet insurance more!

denied reimbursement for something i was covered for
I was covered for pet x-rays. When I filed my claim it was denied. I filed for an appeal and they said they never recieved it. I am just cancelling. Terrible.

It is so easy to file a claim with ASPCA insurance. I can do it all online in minutes. I have used this insurance for 2 years and have no complaints. The payments are quickly deposited into my account within just a few days and I have never had an issue with a claim being paid

BEST PET INSURANCE EVER
have had Healthy Paws Pet insurance for years… I would highly recommend It to everyone. With my last dog, he had to have 2 TPLO's done And Healthy Paws covered everything no questions asked. With my most recent dog he got into a toxin of some sort and was extremely ill. I took him to the emergency vet and he ended up in the ICU for over 3 days. Having Healthy Paws gave me the peace of mind that no matter what Ruger needed I would be able to have done. It's comforting to know that when my dog was so sick and we weren't sure how it was going to turn out that I was able to give him the best chance without the worry of how I was going to pay for it. I'm happy to report that I brought Ruger home almost 2 weeks ago And he is just about back to his happy healthy self. Our cost were Just about $3000 for his stay and treatment at the emergency vet hospital and Healthy Paws covered all but my coinsurance. I paid the bill upon picking him up and within 24 hours. The money was back in my account. So if you want the peace of mind of not having to worry about, can I afford this for my pet or not I suggest Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!
