Good service
For the most part the claims are processed quickly and I never have any trouble putting through my claims. My dog is really sick right now and it helps to have this coverage even though it won't be sufficient to cover the whole surgery.

Worst at getting reimbursed for claims. I have submitted 3 claims for medication and an annual vet visit. It’s been four months and haven’t been reimbursed yet. MetLife pet insurance is way faster and has better follow through

I’ve had many pet insurance policies over the years and this is the best one by far. I submitted my claim via the app the same day as my dog received the services and it was taken care of within 2 days. I’ve already recommended Pets Best to my friends and family members with dogs.

Absolute Horrible follow up by Figo
My Claim was closed due to a request for records not being provided - but the actual vet records don't exist because no visits were made during the required period that Figo requested. I submitted an inquiry via email and got the automatic "we're working on it for you" email...and then nothing until this review request came into my mailbox.
