I am thankful that we chose Figo for our pet insurance. I submitted two separate claims with the receipt of payment along with my veterinary doctor’s notes. Happy first time experience with Spot Insurance.
This was my first claim with Spot for my 5 month old cockapoo. I had purchased the Premium Wellness Coverage in addition to the Illness and Accident Insurance. All of this claim fell under my wellness package and the claim was processed within 2 days and I am receiving a check for exactly what I anticipated I should receive.

We love Embrace for our Dane
Embrace is a wonderful company to work with. While their rates do increase quickly with the age of the dog, I have a large breed and understand that these dogs can be expensive to treat when they get sick. We have never had a problem with sick visits and medications being covered for our pup- she has had Embrace coverage since we got her at 2 months old. When you call for customer service, you get a real person, on the phone, without ridiculous wait times. In terms of companies to work with, Embrace is one of the best we have experienced.

I had previous dogs and did not have pet insurance and rarely went near a vet because of that. Now I have a beautiful English Lab Retreiver I have had for three plus years who I got as a 9 week old puppy. I swore I would get the best care for this puppy as I possibly could so decided pet insurance could help and not financially prohibit me from providing the care I really wanted for Dickens. I got Spot Pet insurance and they have been fantastic. Very prompt attention to claims and most everything is covered including prescriptions. Everything pretty much except the actual visit. All treatments and I am proud of myself because I am giving the care to Dickens that he is entitled to and not having to worry about the cost of care. Love it!!!
