Wellness claim submitted - so far well done
First part of submitting an electronic claim. Easy if all goes well. If verbal help needed, Customer Support good, but may be long hold time. not easy to email request for help submitting it, nor via chat. But happy with the company and will renew my policy.

Embrace always does well with their reimbursements and timeline in doing so. However, on the Embrace app, you cannot upload an invoice and/or document unless you saved it as a photo. Clicking upload only gives option to out of photo gallery. However, when filing a claim using your browser, you can choose from saved documents. I would much rather use the app but at the same upload a “document” via the app!!!
