Very good.
The first claim experience was bad BUT it was my fault for not following instructions to the letter. It confuses things if u send anything not required. Follow the directions and they are great! Less than 10 biz days for payment.

I called over the telephone to talk to a sales rep about pet insurance for my dog. They went over all the options available on the insurance plan and then sent me a quote by email. Excellent customer service!!!

Spot On Service!…
Got reimbursed on first claim and do not have to meet a criteria. Also did not raise premium when I changed the breed of dog because the original drop-down did not have my dog breed and when they did, my premium doubled.

Personal messaging shows they care
The personal messaging from the Embrace agent was much appreciated after my dogs euthanasia. They automatically updated my policy, paid my claim and sent me a very nice and unique remembrance card. Using them to provide pet insurance has been the best decision I've made.

No communication
Filed 2 wellness claims several days greater than 2 weeks...no communication from them. Chat line not working. It took me 30 mins on line to find a telephone no. Apparently they are redoing their computer system and there are unexpected delays which is understandable but lack of communication is not.
