Excellent
ManyPets allows us to make the right medical decisions for our beloved pets, without economic hardship. We budget for the premium and deductible every year and know that 90% of all other expenses will be covered. It has literally allowed us to get the much needed care for our pets that would have otherwise created financial difficulty for our family.

We are dealing with unknown intestinal issues with our puppy and Pets Best is helping make the discovery of the issue much less painful financially. There is enough going on that it is nice to not have to worry about the full cost of every bill while we sort through this trying time.

Highly recommend Spot
We signed up for Spot Insurance coverage for both of our English Bulldogs. One of our dogs got sick this past year and had to receive a lot of medical care. We are glad we had Spot to back us up. They have great customer service and our claims were processed within a week. They provided some comfort and relief during a difficult time with our pet. We highly recommend this vet insurance for all dog parents.

I LOVE this pet insurance
I LOVE this pet insurance! 🩷 I've had it for over year with two fur babies on the policy. The rates are great. It's easy to send claims and the team members are amazing! Every time I have a question, I feel satisfied after hanging up. I like rewarding the team for a job well done.

Absolute ripoff
Absolute ripoff, like most insurance companies. I have two young German shepherd dogs (under 3 years old) so I wanted to get a good pet insurance while they are young. I did my research like most, though with insurance it is difficult because most reviews are on sites they pay or their own website. I had 2 claims come up during my time in having the pet insurance. I’m both instances, the issue is they will do everything in their power to deny the claim in the hopes you will give up trying to get reimbursed. In our cases, they kept saying that “after multiple attempts, they were unable to obtain the necessary medical records to process the claim.” So I went ahead and called my vet hospital to verify if the information was sent. Not only was the information was sent, but twice! After multiple frustrating calls to ASPCA, they were able to “find” the documents, but it always seemed to conveniently found a way to miss them or they claimed they don’t receive them. I think what really goes on is that if they can’t find a good reason to deny it medically, they will say they can’t obtain some record and just hope the person submitting the claim will give up. Well we didn’t give up and it took a few tries but we got our money and cancelled the insurance, never looking back.
