My only gripe is the cost

My only gripe is the cost. As your pet ages, the cost skyrockets. I have two senior dogs. Claims are frequent. Claims process is simple, online. Claims processed fast and have never had an issue with coverage.

Easy to work with

We’ve been with Pets Best for 3 years and had to file claims for the first time this year. My 13 year old doodle had two surgeries and then five months later he crossed the rainbow bridge. It was the easiest experience to file the claim and we were reimbursed quickly. When we filed for euthanasia, they automatically updated my policy to remove my dog. Highly recommend and we’ll continue using them for our second dog.

12 year customer

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for approximately 12 years. I just cancelled the policy because my dogs are now 12-13 years old (approximately in age due to they were both rescues), and the price is just too much for senior citizens to afford. My dogs have lived a wonderful life with us, one that they never would had they not been rescued by a loving family. I had to cancel the insurance because I could no longer afford the accident and wellness policy for two older dogs.

My experience with Pet's Best was what…I have expected for the most part

My experience with Pet's Best was what I expected in most ways after experiencing wellness submissions for my three cats and being pleased with how quickly they were handled. This experience was a little different because of my own circumstances. and the submission was for an emergency and took a little longer. Like many other people, my pets mean the world to me and our my daily companions. That is the reason I felt it was important to take out a policy in case of an emergency. My pets for the last nine years have been my three cats and they have never been ill. On the 4th of July holiday my large 20 # male cat, Joe, after closing hours appeared ill. I called my vets office and left a message because it was after closing time. Joe continue to go down hill so I called and left a 2nd message telling the office I had an emergency and would be there with Joe at 7 am. When I arrived the next morning I found the office closed with a handwritten note on the door indicating they would not be back until the 8-9th of July. I knew I had to have Joe seen and a passer by told me Coronado Vet was open so I immediately took Joe there and they took him right in. This really has nothing todowith your service except I want you to understand my frame of mind and I felt confidence in that this was what I was buying insurance to cover, The vet did tell me if I had not brought him in right away he might not have made it. My 11 yo needed surgery
