Happy with Spot
I get info on where claims are, how much is coming to me and when. I do have good coverage and hardly used it until this October when things just happened with my Cooper and, all of a sudden, we are at the Vet's every other day, it seems. Spot has covered what my plan shows. I get notified if extra info is required and their system is easy to handle I do realize good insurance is expensive year round but here you have Cooper, all of a sudden having neck inflammation, then front legs started limping, then the back of his neck and back began to hurt terribly. I am very happy with Spot.

Excellent Service
It was extremely easy to sign up for the insurance. They have various rate options and I found one to fit my budget. Our girl had to have an unplanned surgery and it was very easy to submit for a claim. They keep you informed and updated as to your claim. It was reviewed and accepted and I had my reimbursement in my account quickly. I am happy with Fetch and confident I picked the right provider.

Great service and they cover flea/worm meds!!
Phone explanations have been very clear. Currently, they show both actual denials and included in deductible as "denied". They are working to change that, which will likely reduce need to call.
