Added a New Rescue Kitty
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for two years now. They have always been there for me when I had questions about my pet care. When I needed to add my newest rescue cat, I called them to see what I needed to do. The representative walked me through the process and I was finished very quickly. I’m happy knowing that my new kitty is covered for his health and wellness and any emergencies that may arise.

Fair accurate reimbursements
The process is very easy from uploading your receipts on your phone to email alerts and payments. It do take about a month for the larger claims but payments are how they say the are. Good fair reimbursements after the deductible is reached.

Amazing Company!!!
Our 1st puppy well visit was approved within minutes!! I was amazed. I photographed the receipt, uploaded it and was amazed to have approval within 10 minutes. The process was so easy and the automated system walked me right through it was ease. Great service and great app. I highly recommend this company.

Skeptical to impressed!
We were skeptical expecting delays and endless submissions when we submitted our claim. However, we were surprised and extremely pleased with our claim process. Maple had an emergency visit to a new clinic after hours and 2 follow up visits with our regular Vet. We were reimbursed in less than 2 weeks with no hassles. I used the online chat twice for clarification. The second chat was heart warming as the agent was obviously a fellow pet lover. I left the chat feeling that the people behind Fetchpet truly cared about Maple’s welfare. Having Fetchpet has definitely given us peace of mind.

Costco's FIGO Plan Rules Supreme
FIGO pet insurance will provide payment for a submitted claim within 48 hours. This pet insurance Co is the real deal because they provide excellent coverage If you are not satisfied with their service, you can call them easily and they will adjust your claim. Highly recommend FIGO. Thank you Costco for providing FIGO to Costco customers!
