They have no problem answering the phone so long as you call in acting like a new customer FIRST and are there to give them money, then tell them you're a customer already. That's how you get a human
This company makes sure larger claims are punked out but even though you pay 1200 a year you'll only get 250 dollars worth of coverage. Put your 100 dollars a month in a mutual fund like FSELX pay your own way. The date is wrong of incident so I put today. Embrace sucks.

I'm still waiting for a satisfactory claim for Marley. Not sure why they have made this so difficult. It's been many months now. I just sent requested documentation and still, claim on hold. It's very frustrating as we are paying monthly for this insurance and it has not met expectations so far.
