Terrible
Terrible. They take your money and run. Endless automated emails. Requests for information on loop even after it’s been sent 2-3 times. Decline 100% of claims. Avoid at all costs.

Been trying to get ahold of Embrace…
Been trying to get ahold of Embrace regarding my claim. The first claim was denied cause my dog couldn't wait 6 months to get arthritis, now again had to take my dog to the vet, submitted a claim, and still waiting. The status claims awaiting for doctor's note, when I spoke to the Embrace agent I was advised that they did receive the notes from the vet and I should hear back soon. Well, went to my app looked at the claims, and guess what it still states awaiting doctors notes, really. I am totally getting annoyed. I know that its almost a month, but just change the status you got the notes, now it states differently. Just want an answer.

Embrace has been wonderful for me!
Embrace has been wonderful for me and my dog. Submitting claims is easy; payment is prompt; coverage is good. I recently canceled a part of the program I don’t need anymore, and was treated courteously and promptly. The remainder of the program I have is important to me to keep in case of a true emergency.

Easy to use website and app!!
I've been with Embrace for 5 years now for my boy (dog) Jameson and my other boy (cat) BB. Super easy to submit claims on their app and website. They're very fast to get through the claims and to respond with any questions. Will continue to use Embrace for new furkids!!

Very Happy with Pets Best
I submitted a claim for my dog around 11 months after his surgery and it took awhile but it was approved. Very pleased with Pets Best!

Extremely disappointed beyond belief
First of all, the insurance company claims to give high percentages back from vet bills and whatnot but out of the $400 i spent on my dogs vaccines and one dose of ear drops they gave us a measly $35 back. Furthermore, it took OVER A MONTH for them to process the claim. RIDICULOUS! i was obviously unhappy about these two things so i called them 4 times on different days and was pit on hold each time for almost an hour before i hung up. i would happily cancel my insurance policy with them if they would just answer the phone! Not recommending this company to ANYone.
