Best Pet Insurance any can find
I love and appreciate that routine procedures are covered. This insurance has truly been a blessing. I work in education and any teacher would know our salary sometimes cannot cover expensive pet insurance that only covers emergencies.

Easy Sign Up
It was easy to sign up and coverage offered what I was looking for for a fair price. Haven't used the insurance, so I can't commit on service in that area yet.

Canine diabetes and cancer
Embrace has exceptional coverage and customer service. We purchased insurance for our dog when she was just a puppy and luckily she was very healthy for a long time. I even considered canceling so many times because she was so healthy and I thought we were wasting money. I am so thankful we kept it! At 8 years old she was diagnosed with Type I diabetes. The initial testing to confirm the diagnosis and rule out other issues was quite expensive and everything was covered. Additionally, we had the constant costs of insulin, syringes, a blood glucose monitor & testing strips, sharps containers and periodic emergency visits for concerns relating to her diabetes. EVERYTHING was covered and claims were processed quickly and easily. On top of this, a year after her diagnosis she developed a tumor in her mouth which had to be removed. She had to have about an inch and a half of her bottom front jaw removed to get rid of all the tumor. This was about $5500 just for the surgery and again all of it was covered. Even though the surgery went well and she recovered quickly, just 3 months later she stopped eating. We initially thought it was pancreatitis (as a result of her diabetes) and all of the testing, treatment, etc did not help. She spent 3-4 days at the vet's office with them doing everything they could to help her. During an ultrasound, they discovered a mass on her spleen which turned out to be lymphoma. At this point we had to make the decision to let her go peacefully but the cost of the previous weeks trying to help her were quite high. Once again, EVERYTHING was covered. Knowing this throughout all of these ordeals made it so easy for us to do whatever we needed to help her without worry of a sudden and unexpected costs to us. Thank you Embrace for making the process SO easy for us and providing us the peace of mind to help our girl in every way we possibly could.

CAUTION
CAUTION: DO NOT BUY FROM @sonnetinsurance @sonnetassurance They more than doubled my premiums from year to year and charged me $300+ to cancel the policy after only 9 days (what should be a pro-rata cost of ~$75) Their costumer service makes an arbitrary, robotic decision on the matter, and if you don’t like it they direct you to the Ombudsperson who took 30+ business days to make a final decision that 'no, we are keeping the money'.

I love embrace but I do not like the fact you have to start over if you up grade your policy but if you go down you don't have to
