Once you figure out the proccess its good!
First claim was a bit confusing, only thing I was fustrated with. Once figured out it was easy and now I know for next time. Out of $392 for bith cats the oreventit8ve care covered $300. So I am already feeling the benifit

i would give 0 stars if i could
i would give 0 stars if i could. i am still waiting on a claim from july and it is november. it kept saying missing medical records multiple times i had to ask them to reach out to my vet. my vet sent all the information multiple times. then my claim got placed on hold. i called customer service so many times and each time they said “we have all the info now it just has to be reviewed.” then i would get an email saying “we’re still missing information” and the cycle would start over and over. i have officially given up and if i am not reimbursed in the next few weeks i am just going to cancel with them.
