Surprisingly a good insurance
Surprisingly a good insurance, that actually pays what they say they will. With only 1 invoice, no BS. And they pay quickly! I have had them just about 11 months now, 2 young Boxers, there now about 18 months old. I just got my renewal for next year. For 2 pups, it's been $60.30 total. It's only going up to $64.70. That's surprising, but they are young. I have used my policy alot with allergies on both pups and my older 1 jumped out of a moving car, thankfully wasn't too hurt. But still I've put it to use. $694 today for allergy testing. They will pay all but 10%. Not bad! Worth a shot!!!

Petsbest is a SCAM!
This company here called Petsbest is a SCAM. They will take your money, and when you submit a claim they WILL NOT even think about covering a single cent of it. Nothing. They then will give you a bologna excuse as to why they covered nothing and it won’t even match what their own policy says. Do not buy their products!!! They are a Scam; instead run for the hills!

Run, don’t walk from Sonnet
My home was burglarized and my vehicle stolen and smashed on August 20th. It’s now September 18 and I’ve still yet to hear from an adjuster. I’ve been calling and emailing for weeks only to learn that my adjuster has been on vacation the whole time, and the person handling their caseload is just ignoring my calls and voicemails. I used the chat support and they “escalated my issue” and assured me that I would hear from someone within 24 hours. That was a week ago and today I’ve again used the online chat feature and I’ve been assured that the issue has been “escalated” to management and to expect a call within 24 hours. I wonder how long it will be this time before I’m again forced to use the chat and have my issue escalated. I don’t need it escalated, I need an adjuster to tell me the status of my home and auto claims. This is *basic* insurance claim stuff and I’m waiting weeks on no replies, only to now find out my adjuster will be back from vacation on the 24th? We buy insurance for peace of mind; to know that in a time of great trouble, at least we’ve been paying into insurance and don’t have to worry about losing the things we work hard for. It’s easy to say that Sonnet has made my already awful experience far worse through their inaction and empty reassurance. EDIT: As for the below response from Sonnet, did you read my review? I’ve chatted in multiple times over weeks and THIS is the result of those chats. If you think I’m going to waste even more time re-explaining this to someone with absolutely no power to fix the problem, you’ve lost your mind TN. I hope you find a job at a real company because working for these pirates isn’t a good use of your life.
