Great Coverage
In the past, I have been so grateful for Pets Best Insurance. However, recently there must have been staffing changes because 2 of my 3 claims were not processed correctly. While I do understand mistakes happen, the daily phone calls and stress I had to endure in an attempt to get resolution was significant. When a claim is “completed” incorrectly, neither the customer, nor the customer service representatives can speak to those completing or reviewing claims. I’m thankful for good insurance coverage, but I have to say there could be improvements made in completing claims accurately and providing timely customer resolution.

Affordable pet insurance
It's a great pet insurance, prices are reliably reasonable compare to others, costumer services are prompt and mobile app is on point. The 2 things I don't like about this pet insurance are processing time for reimbursement which takes forever compare to others!, while the 2nd is reviewing the pdf invoices like medical & billing you've sent because they took 2 weeks or more just to give you an update even for a simple things too.

Great coverage
We purchased our pet insurance this summer and within two months our Molly began to have back leg weakness. Spot has covered everything minus the deductible. We are still trying to figure out the issue but so thankful for Spot coverage. Claims have been taken care of very quickly as well.

Excellent Pet Service
Outstanding and easy claims service! We have unfortunately had to use our pet insurance for 2 different dogs this calendar year and Healthy Paws processes and pays the claims very quickly without any hassle or unnecessary questions. Could not be happier with this company and their service.

The experience of processing a claim was very simple and took no time to receive the payment.

Great coverage
Coverage has been amazing. I’ve never had any of my claims denied or even a partial denial denial. It takes about 5 days to process a claim and the money is reimbursed directly into my checking account. Also in the two years I’ve been with SPOT- they’ve never raised my rates. Great company!
