I decided to make the switch to Spot…
I decided to make the switch to Spot pet insurance after my prior pet insurance didn't pay a dime back after 5 years. Spot has already reimbursed more in one year for our fur babies. The preventative costs that are covered was really the high point. Spot has been easy to work with and we have been happy thus far.

Easy application and claims process!
Easy application process for claims and quick reviews. Once claims process was completed, direct reimbursement to my checking account was quick and convenient. My only other comment would be that the reimbursed amount would have been more. Not sure how vet charges differ across the board to reflect final reimbursements.

Definitely reccomend.
I really appreciate Embrace. Submitting a claim is easy, and whenever I call, they are pleasant to interact with. Claim processing is usually quick, and I've never had an issue. The best part is that I know I can afford to take care of my cat with Embrace backing me.

Life Saving Insurance
I had a shaky start with ASPCA insurance only because I didn't understand what kind of insurance I got for my rescued, huge-breed dog. I almost canceled it, and THANK GOD I DIDN'T! My under 2-year-old Sarplaninac pup got Anaplasmosis, worse than Lyme disease. She has needed Emergency care, tons of medication, X-rays, Therapy, etc. All of which cost a lot. ASPCA has paid on every single claim. Even for just medication refills. They question none of her care and allow me to give her the best possible medical treatment and not worry about any cost restrictions. They have saved her life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I will never be without it.
