Not true all insurance info that they show , After taking like 4 months of all proof they still denied my claim , never couldn’t get in touch with any live representative until you tell them you are going to cancel membership…. Then they will sent you a phone number , Rip offs ……. I spend $833 they paid nothing I sent out all proofs they ask me….

I’m new to spot, I did submit a claim on Nov 7, chose direct deposit route today is Nov 14th still waiting. This is fine but, SPOT shouldn’t state it’s 4 days, it’s longer.
