Embrace carried us through 14 months of cancer treatments for our prior dog, and with compassion at the end of life they terminated the prior policy without me having to contact them. When we welcomed our new puppy into our home I did not hesitate to take out an accident/injury policy with Embrace based on their remarkable customer service which shined when I contacted them about the new policy. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions to assure our new pup had the coverage we desired. I have the utmost confidence in Embrace.

As I have already written you. I am a practicing physician who has dealt with many insurance companies and their issues. Yours is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Since I have placed my claim I have received nothing. I have been repeatedly requested to send information which I have done repeatedly. I received another such email today. Probably the 6th or 7th. If you have no desire to compensate me admit it and quit wasting my valuable time. You have also asked me to give aGoogle review and I refrained from sending a bad review because as a professional person I have no desire to hurt your company even though you have treated my family so unprofessionally.

Embrace has been there for us during a difficult time.
We have had an embrace policy for years and never really used it. Our girl was diagnosed with osteosarcoma and I'm so glad we have Embrace to help with her treatment with reimbursements provided for the past 18 months on a monthly basis. Very simple submission process and quick payment. Thank you for being there for us during this time.

Not pleased
Not pleased, my call for initial intake was very specific. I was told dental cleaning was covered entirely for the plan I selected. It will only be covered for a small portion tooth extractions only covered if accidental or preventive. She has a fatty lipoma which was discovered and they want to biopsy but it wont be covered either. Not sure its worth it to have this insurance if they don't cover much...

Horrible Customer Service
I have been waiting two weeks for them to finish this simple claim that I upload a claim every month for my dogs allergies, and get it back in a week, now it is going on over two weeks, and they keep emailing me saying to resubmit invoice, which I kept doing, long phone hold times, and rude agents who try to rush you off the phone, and do not know how to do their jobs! I was paying $92a month for my dog, and last year they upped it to $126 a month, which is absolutely ridiculous! This company has gone downhill, and they do not care about the customers
