Customer Service is wonderful. They helped me set up everything for my two new babies. Refund is very quick no issues and very easy to do from my phone so far so good.

Not reliable
I got insurance for my two cats on 2022. They were less than 2 years old at the time and very healthy. After two years of insurance and filing just one claim for teeth cleaning for one of them, they have increased my monthly payment twice! I was paying about$53 per month for both of them and suddenly they increased it to $104! My cats are not even 4 years old now. So, I can't consider this a reliable insurance and I don't know how much they'll increase the monthly payments when my cats get older. I have decided to set aside $200 per months for my cats and I'll cancel the insurance once I've saved $2K which should take less thana year.

Good Insurance
Our pup ate something and was pooping/throwing up a ton of blood . we had to take her into the ER and have her there overnight for treatment . I called into Embrace multiple times to confirm details . This is my first insurance claim since i got my puppy and she is around 2 years old . we signed up with embrace the day we got her , and i am happy we did . The first claim did take some time because of the history follow up etc . But all worked out well at the end . I am happy ..It's better to have Embrace and not have to use it . But the peace of mind that i have my pup covered is well worth it . Thanks for your support Embrace Team
