The application process was simple.
The application process was simple and easy to understand. Very straight forward. No they didn't have all the bells and whistles, but neither did they nag me several times a day for weeks.

So far, so sort of good
I'm assuming this will be worthwhile pet insurance. The ASPCA name is a great start. One problem is that somehow the zip code you have for me is wrong. As a result, I haven't been able to register. I sent an email about this but haven't heard back. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
