Fetch has been an excellent provider. Comprehensive coverage, great customer service and support, prompt responses to questions and regular updates on progress of any submissions. I just got another dog and signed them up too.

IDK yet, The website and options are user friendly
I get my puppy on 12/08, this is my 1st time setting up for pet insurance, spoke with other pet owners at work, and many don't have pet insurance. With that said looking at all the programs $$$ this set-up is very reasonable in price and the Local Vet that I have selected was on the ASPCA list of vets, The site was interactive I could select the levels of $$$ and the different options and the site re-calculated So I can see what $$ vs coverage ..

I am so happy to have Spot pet…
I am so happy to have Spot pet insurance, especially when our family went through a really tough time with our pet. Out of no where our 5 year old cat developed a ball on her leg. With the increasing size we went to the vet only to find out it was an injection site sarcoma. The only way to ensure it was all gone was to amputate our cat’s leg. Having spot pet insurance, how easy it was to submit the claims, how quickly they were disbursed it really helped take off the burden during a hard time. Our family was devastated and suffering from a heavy financial burden. Without Spot an already terrible situation would have been so much more harder deal with. We really appreciate everything the spot family has done even from the courteous customer service, the helpful and easy app and the support our family needed during a hard time.

We were originally very happy to get both of our dogs covered on this plan. Is also partnered with our insurance carrier so it made it easy. Unfortunately, nothing as of yet has been covered. Just a plan as it was supposed to cover neutering of our dog that we just got. Well, we had the procedure done and they refused to cover it. They also refused to cover well care for our other dog. This is starting to smile more and more like a fraud. The plan looks great on paper, but you are never under coverage.

I use ASPCA pet insurance for my puppy at Heart and Paw, but unfortunately, I couldn't add it. Additionally, I would appreciate more detailed and thorough updates on the claim statuses.
