The staff at Healthy Paws Excellent Customer Service
The staff at Healthy Paws, starting at the initial phone contact, the claims reps with their quick response and the follow-up calls and emails with genuine concerns for my pet put me in a peace of mind mode . I knew that Healthy Paws was more than an insurance company. The positive attitudes of pet care was something that I did not expect. Overwhelming excellent customer service!

Embrace pet insurance was very helpful…
Embrace pet insurance was very helpful to my husband and I, our dog swallowed a small hearing aide battery and she had to have emergency surgery to take it out, our bill at the vet was high but having Embrace was a life saver for us it helped us so much so having the insurance is a plus and they are very helpful with everything

Save your money
Our experience with Pets Best Pet Insurance was deeply disappointing and a complete waste of money. Had we simply put the money we paid in premiums into a savings account, we could have covered our pet's entire procedure out of pocket and still come out ahead. Instead, we found ourselves paying for the insurance, paying for the procedure out of pocket, and then receiving only about 33% of the costs back. This was utterly disheartening. The high deductibles, numerous exclusions, and unexpected co-pays contributed to an overall poor experience. In hindsight, we would have spent a third of what we did over the past year by simply saving the money we paid to the insurance company. Pets Best Pet Insurance fell far short of our expectations, and we cannot recommend their services.

Pets Best and its representatives did a wonderful job of answering important questions and in responding to my claim when my cat needed surgery. I appreciate their service so much and will absolutely stay with them for all of my pets in the future.

Best Pet Insurance!
This is the first time I had to file claims with Healthy Paws and it was a very easy and fast process! My kitty Arya was recently diagnosed with a thymoma tumor that required surgery to have it removed. Healthy Paws covered 80% of the expenses that included X-rays, ultrasound, CT scan, surgery, hospital care and medication. Total cost for everything was $23,500 and I was only responsible for 20%. Healthy Paws saved me a lot of money! They even worked directly with the vet hospital and made arrangements for direct pay for the surgery which made it so much easier for me financially. Reimbursement for claims are incredibly fast and I received my money with direct deposit within 3 days after filing. Every customer service rep I spoke to with questions I had about claims were terrific and very compassionate about Arya's situation. Having Healthy Paws Pet Insurance made everything easier and I was able to get Arya the treatment she needed. Good news is the tumor was successfully removed and she'll make a full recovery! Having Healthy Paws is having peace of mind for both of my kitties.

No coverage - read fine print on pre-existing conditions
We switched insurance carriers to TP as we heard good reports, but soon to find this was a frustrating waste of money. Our pup was declined coverage for allergy testing. We were given the reason as a "pre-existing condition," but he has never had allergies. When challenging the claims we were told the pre-existing condition was a bee sting. I asked to cancel the account and the specialist hung up on me. I called back and was on hold for a bit-fine with me as she was checking into the claim. This time the specialist told me the pre-existing claim was an ear infection. Again I asked to cancel the account, and again they hung up on me.
