I should’ve known what they do isn’t…
I should’ve known what they do isn’t help us cover our animals. Their purpose is to find all the ways in which they can deny our claims. Anything will be pre existing to them, and if it wasn’t pre-existing before you got the insurance, when the animal gets injured, they’ll only cover it ONCE and then it becomes pre-existing. Also, they raise their prices every year claiming it’s based on the area where we live. They tried to increase my monthly payment by over 40 dollars. Last thing, they do not cover in Puerto Rico even though it’s a US territory. I do not recommend.

Fetch is no Pet Plan
This company was amazing when it was Petplan. When it switched to Fetch it is horrible. If you call them you get automated messages which send you texts then hang up on you causing you to call back multiple times. You can also talk to a chat bot but have to hunt for a live person. I filed a claim and uploaded all documents. including all invoices in one document. They waited 30 days then told me I was missing an invoice that was page two of the document the entire time. Then refused to discuss it with me, and sarcastically said they hope my pet has a good day when they knew my pet just died. Its is like they are purposely trying to not pay the claim in bad faith. Despite the reply below they reached out again to say they did not have proof of payment despite the fact that the credit card paid receipt was on page 1 of the same document which has been uploaded twice. They play games to delay and avoid paying claims. Update: They finally paid the claim but $45 less than the claim due to a math error on their part, and have now gone completely radio silent refusing to respond to my emails.
