I now have my 3rd German Shepherd with Embrace. I only have it in place for major issues that may arise. These guys have been great with the claims I have filed. Highly recommend. This is the first review I have ever done for any company.

Flase evaluations with medical reviews
Flase evaluations with medical reviews, they exclude things fron being covered because of diarrhea, skin conditions, etc. Embrace needs to understand that I treat my dogs like they were my kids. If my dogs are even a little sick, i take them to the vet. Little did I know that taking the dogs to the vet would ultimately get then excluded from certain coverage. I would always rather be safe than sorry when it comes to my dogs and that's why I have insurance. Now they want to exclude many things because one-time or another I concerned about things. I ultimately have decided embrace is not a good company and switched to another insurance company that understood the importance of caring for my dogs. You should not get penalized for caring about your dogs

They have terrible customer service
They have terrible customer service - they ask me to send the receipt numerous times for something I buy monthly for my pet’s medication. It’s so frustrating dealing with people who clearly don’t care. Can’t wait to cancel my plan next year - I’m not dealing with this anymore.
