Good solid coverage for a senior dog
I think Spot does a good job. The filing of claims is quick, they seem to be processed in a very reasonable amount of time, and the coverage is pretty decent. I am disappointed that my dog's Cytopoint shots aren't covered, and the Chewy receipts that I send are always questioned, but overall, I think it's a good, affordable insurance for my 10 year old Shepard, who lots of insurance companies won't cover at all.

If you have two dogs on plan only one will be approved
After my one dog got approved and received $90 back on my vet visit, I just got the other notice today saying that my other dog Duchess has not been approved, which I really find hard to understand. Her bill was $335 and Scooby's was $502. Both of my dogs are under the same insurance plan, but now they don't want to honor the one on Duchess.

Reliable and Fast!
Honestly, I’ve been through a couple of pet insurances but most of their process times for claims would take very long to even complete! However, with Spot Pet Insurance there is a great wide variety of coverage for my pets at an affordable price. Process time for my claims are almost instant as well! Would highly recommend.
