Best Insurance! I have used other pet insurances in the past and said that I would never enroll in another insurance program. Spot has won me over! The claim submitting process is EASY and the reimbursement of the vet costs is fast and fair.

My 5-1/2 year old Pitbull needed surgery for a ruptured Cranial Cruciate Ligament. I am a Healthy Paws Pet Insurance customer. I submitted all the invoices related to the CCL injury to Healthy Paws, totaling more than $10,000. Healthy Paws responded with an Explanation of Benefits within two days every time. A reimbursement check for covered items was direct deposited within a day or two after that. It was a no hassles service with quick response. They go above and beyond by following up to make sure your pet is okay and that you are satisfied. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.
