My cat Faith recently develop urinary track disease. He had to be hospitalized for a blockage, so scary. I submitted multiple claims for the hospitalization costs, medications, new vet diet, and got reimbursed for it all, based on my plan. It took between 7-10 days from when I submitted the claim to getting reimbursed. I am so glad we have Spot!

Since our puppy arrived back in February we made the decision to “opt in” for pet insurance having had previous policies for two other dogs. SPOT was definitely the right choice from the ease of applying for it to the super easy way to navigate the SPOT app on my phone and also on the home computer. Helpful assistance is just a call away as well if needed. Claims are handled expediently and without issue. So glad we made this choice to go with SPOT for our little guy.

Easy to sign up online
It was easy to sign up online for my corgi puppy. I did have a question about the platinum package which is effective immediately where the illness and accidental is effective in 14 days, so I had to call up their customer service number and I got in within 5 minutes to speak with someone. But then again I talked to them when they first opened in the morning. I did use the platinum package and it was super easy to file a claim. Took more days than what I liked but at least they gave you an average for how long your claim takes and they tell you it takes about 1-3 business days for the money to get into your bank account if you have direct deposit.
