After 4 years of trupanion my dachschund had an accident and needed care in the form of physiotherapy and was denied coverage, less than a month later I recieved an email from trupanion saying that they were INCREASING the cost of my coverage, so now they want me to pay more and they aren't even covering her for what she needs. Absolutely garbage and I'm canceling my coverage with them, issues like this were the entire reason I wanted pet insurance and got it right from the start and this is so infuriating.

Horrible customer service
I called to cancel my insurance and the representative was beyond rude. I would almost understand if I was hostile or rude to him, but I wasn’t. He asked me a question and when I responded, he called me a liar. I have never been spoken to by a customer service representative in this way. I really hope that the conversation was recorded so you can go back and listen to see how unprofessional he was. Just a horrible experience.

Spot makes everything easy. I get an electronic invoice from my Vet, send it to Spot and fill out some online information. Within a week, I get a deposit in my bank account from Spot.
