Difficult and frustrating.

I currently have pet insurance policies between 2 companies and have worked with a third in the past. Fetch has been the worst to deal with of the three. I've tried to be fair, considering Lemonade went so far as to follow leads to where a vet office relocated to just to get records for my eldest cat and I know that's above and beyond. Even Nationwide accepted claims with just invoices listing the treatments. Fetch has demanded detailed notes every time. It amazes me that apparently the customer service (who have been polite and courteous, this isn't their fault) is all human because the way the claims are dealt with feel very A.I. led. I'm eternally grateful to my cats I have with Fetch for not developing pre-existing conditions so I can get them moved and I've forewarned my vet office and the shelter one of my cats came from that Fetch has been unnecessarily difficult to work with. My 2 stars is simply to account for them having actual people working for them who seem to want to help but honestly, I was hoping for way more. Back to waiting another 15 days for my claims to process I guess, as this has been the cycle every time I get denied.

Mouth mass

Enzo had to have a mass in his mouth removed and sent to pathology. They covered his surgery without questions or making this difficult time even worse.

My claim was paid in 5 days!

Had an emergency last weekend! My fur baby tore a ligament in her leg. I’m so glad that I have Manypets. Her hospital bill was reimbursed in less than a week! Fast and easy!

happy with service!

I am very happy with the coverage we receive for our dog. she got her ccl repaired and they covered 90% of the cost. its important when making these big decisions it doesn’t come to make the choice between care and cost.

Wonderfully kind, terrific company, still a fan after 20 years

The guy who answered their customer service line could not have been more kind, sympathetic and helpful. Plus efficient. We lost one of our four dogs recently and had to remove her from the policy. Not only did he take care of the refund but I received the nicest email from the company in her memory. Been with them for nearly 20 years and still a fan

Terribly glitchy

The mobile app and the website are extremely glitchy. Constantly crashes or sends random error messages. I gave it a 2 star rather than 1 star because after much perseverance I was able to finally submit my claim.

They tried everything to avoid paying…

They tried everything to avoid paying for our dog’s emergency surgery pulling rules out of the hat after the fact. They were brazenly rude and unprofessional in everyway—in writing through an email exchange! I was a brand new customer too with a dog with no preexisting conditions. Go with others who offer quick payment they advertise but don’t deliver on. They’re fine for rich people who have $15,000 laying around to wait for 2 weeks. This other positive review was curiously updated after mine (I can see the time)even though it was originally posted in July which tells me they put bogus positive reviews on here. We were fortunate enough to get loans and avoid putting our dog down.

Attempted to add non existent pre existing conditions after payout for illness

Got a new dog and enrolled Dec 2023. Did a complete ortho eval and submitted to Embrace. Accepted and noted hip dysplasia as pre existing and not covered. Fine with that. Dog gets sick with stomach illness august 24 and embrace has to pay out. Am told at payout that suddenly back issues are pre existing and not covered. Absolute bs. The vet did NOT ever say there are back issues and current illness had nothing to do with back. This is a blatant attempt to scam with an older dog. DOI complaint will follow.

I've been very happy with Embrace

I've been very happy with Embrace. They covered everything as outlined in their policy. We have three dogs insured with them.
