In a live chat two days ago with an agent named Andrea, my questions were answered, clearly, respectfully, cheerfully, and to my satisfaction. Not only that, I received a follow-up phone call related to an earler message I'd left for Fetch. I called Fetch back today to confirm my question had been addressed correctly and had the pleasure of speaking with another terrific agent named Kelsey who assured me all was in place as I'd understood. This level of attentive customer service is rare. Having been with another pet insurance company with our last dog, we are more than pleased with our switch to Fetch. Based on my two experiences and our quick claims responses over the past 6 years, Fetch is clearly doing things right!
