A company that does what it says it does.
Our three year old golden retriever was recently diagnosed with IBS . The treatment requires a daily dose of steroid along with only using a prescription dog food. Being retired means a fixed income. I am very happy with both the ease of submitting claims for Jobie and how the claims have been settled. I would highly recommend Spot Insurance for any pet owner.

Negative surprise
I was surprised when I say that you require 18 months of health verification for the first claim. I have only had the dog for 6 months!!!!

Great coverage
I got Pet's Best for my 3 puppies in 2019. I had previously been with ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. When I compared premiums and coverage, Pet's Best was better. Unfortunately, I have had 3 puppies who have been sick. One had a pancreatic abscess at 11 months and the Virginia Tech Vet School saved his life. Those bills totaled $11,000+ and Pet's Best paid 80% and paid it promptly. My 2 litter mates have congenital joint issues and both have had CT scans, medicines and surgery. Again, Pet's Best paid 80% promptly. Additionally, they covered the rehab sessions and underwater treadmill therapy for both of them. They continue to pay for Adequan, Librela and Arthramid injections to manage their pain. Pet's Best IS the BEST!

Still waiting for my reimbursement
Still waiting for my reimbursement, again. It never is a speedy process, and I always end up getting that apology email while they figure out my claim. I’m so tired of paying so much money to have to wait so long to get my money back.
