Kayla IS TRULY AMAZING!
Kayla IS TRULY AMAZING!! She is very customer service & resolution oriented, extremely helpful, very caring, super engaging and just all around "GREAT"!!! She went out of her way to resolve an issue for me that prevented me from accessing the Fetch website thru my pc. Not having access to my pet insurance website was obviously really problematic. I was told that it could take up to 48 hrs for a resolution but Kayla got back to me in 90 mins with a list of potential solutions we needed to try in order to correct the issue. The second recommended solution WORKED and I am back up and running and able to see my policies and submit my claims!!! Kayla deserves a ton of recognition for being such a great asset to Fetch customers!!!

I was very upset over my pet Grant who suddenly came down with IVDD which paralyzed his hind legs. I rushed him to the best Vet I could find and they performed emergency back surgery. The surgery was 95% successful. When I submitted my claim to Embrace I was so surprised how easy the claim process was, I was reimbursed within 3 business days. Our Embrace family cared about us both so much and I share my experience with everyone I meet, I forward the link constantly to my friends and family. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance there payments are very affordable.

Issues solved quickly and professionally
Although I had to call and discuss my claim with a claims supervisor, once they had and understood all of my information, my claim went very smoothly. Connie was great at listening and understanding my issue and resolving it. This is my second pet with ManyPets and I have had wonderful experiences so far with both!
