…not about customer satisfaction
I have only had this insurance for a few months ..I submitted claims for all 4 of my Pets over 20 days ago...nothing I have messaged them twice and I was met with excuses...it does nit take 15 to 20 days to review claims that's ridiculous submitted claims 8/17/24 ....

BEWARE!!! Of Embrace Pet Insurance
Bentley's doctor provided a comprehensive/detailed report for treating his ear infection but Embrace wasn't satisfied and kept requesting more and more information.....at least, three times!!!! Bentley's doctor has better things to do than to respond to these multiple requests for more and more information.....It was exhausting and I will NOT be renewing my coverage when it expires in February 2025.....I had paid over $1,000.00 dollars for coverage to date and this claim was only $300.00.....I could understand if the claim was well over $1,000.00 but what the heck!!! It took over one month to get this resolved!!!!

The wait time for reimbursement and notification of medical records needed was much too long. Your company waited 30 days to notify me; it took another 30 days for reimbursement. I will not recommend your services.

Terrible!!!
Terrible!!!! I had to send in my pets paperwork from the veterinarian three times because they keep on asking to send it which I did again three times Pets Best is getting to be pets worse nightmare.

Helped me switch payment dates!
Cayden helped me out with switching my payment date for the month and now I feel better knowing I'm able to do that if I needed to. He was very nice and helpful, Definitely would recommend family and friends to this company for there fur babies, they seem like they really care.

I'm really pleased with the service I've received from Fetch. I added the wellness component to our premium and had a question about the start of coverage. In a live chat two days ago with an agent named Andrea, my questions were answered, clearly, respectfully, cheerfully, and to my satisfaction. Not only that, I received a follow-up phone call related to an earler message I'd left for Fetch. I called Fetch back today to confirm my question had been addressed correctly and had the pleasure of speaking with another terrific agent named Kelsey who assured me all was in place as I'd understood. This level of attentive customer service is rare. Having been with another pet insurance company with our last dog, we are more than pleased with our switch to Fetch. Based on my two experiences and our quick claims responses over the past 6 years, Fetch is clearly doing things right!
