Pumpkin has to be the most comprehensive and easiest to deal with pet insurance company out there. I highly recommend them. I was paid 90% of an emergency vet bill ($1500) because we suspected my sweet girl of having signs of pancreatitis.

The WORST insurance
The WORST insurance. First of all, they donate a very tiny amount to ASPCA just to use their name. You are not supporting ASPCA in any meaningful way. Second, they deny most claims as pre-existing conditions, do not respond at all to emails, lose the file over and over need multiple phone calls and emails just to get to respond. Useless. I can't believe they run an insurance business this way.
