No hoops to jump thru to get informed helpful competent friendly human help. PROMPT claims handling. I highly recommend Prudent to my veterinary clients . I heard about it from one of my clients and made the switch from another insurer based on lower cost. I have not been disappointed

Spot pet insurance is a scam
Don’t expect to get anything reimbursed by this scam of an insurance company. They take weeks to get back to you when you submit a claim, they’ll ask you for records before your cat was even alive or owned by you, and then they’ll say everything is a pre-existing condition and not reimburse you any money. I will not be using this insurance anymore and I’m completely disappointed. Save your money and don’t use Spot.
