It takes too long to be reimbursed
It takes too long to be reimbursed. It took almost two months for my first claim to be reimbursed. By the time I got my money back I had completely forgotten about the claim. So I guess that was good….getting money back that I was not expecting.

Pumpkin is great
Pumpkin is a great, hassle free insurance. They don’t make any fuss over cases. They don’t increase fees or drop you if you used them like the case may be for different insurances for people. All my 3 kitties are safe with Pumpkin and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has cats or dogs.

Quick processing. Slow mail check.
Processing of claims is quick but make certain you include all the necessary paperwork. I have them send me a check as I don’t like giving out my bank info, but it takes 2 weeks to get it. Why so long?

Glad we had pet insurance & preventive care option to know Bella, our dog is the healthiest she can be.
We are glad for the quick response of the claim dept and the summary so we knew when the deductible was applied versus accepted claim reimbursement amounts. As we unfortunately had 2 major events- a coyote attack- thankfully superficial and Pancreatitis a few weeks afterwards- 2appointments for the bite- one emergency & other was scheduled.

They will look for absolutely any reason not to payout your claim. Took over a month for them to reach a resolution and the reasons they gave for denying are unfounded. Cancelling and switching to another company for all my pets.

Well, what can I say ???. I am so glad I took out Spot Insurance. My fur babies has developed an medical issue. And I have to say. Spot Insurance has been nothing but absolutely great.
