Working with Trupanion is such an ease. Whether I’m at my vets office and they do the claim for me or I go home and do the claim online, everything is very easy. They’ve always been very fair with my boy Tucker and I’m very thankful to have them as my insurance provider.

Your response to my claim was prompt and efficient. Unlike an insurance company I'd had for a previous pet you contacted my vet yourself rather than making me send you a bulk of paperwork on Shelby's procedure. Payment was speedy and as specified in the contract.

As I believe with all insurances, they’re only as good as when you need them and how they perform then.
