So many things
So many things! Just knowing that we had insurance really helped us get the treatment we needed for our cat and know that we would get financial help in doing so. The online nurse service is so fantastic. I've been going through so much with my cat and knowing that I could call them made such a huge difference just because there were many days where we didn't think he would pull through. The claims process is fast and efficient, I put in my claims and within a week they were processed and I had my returns in my bank so I can start paying off my credit card. Thank you so much Spot Pet Insurance.

only gave it a 4 star this time because it was our first time submitting a claim and didn't have any other to compare with. The process was easy and quick. We got our approval and wishing a couple hours had the reimbursement all within a week. So far it has been a good experience and quick!
