Simple easy process
Application and choosing coverage was very simple on their website. This only thing I would recommend is an easier way to select veterinarians. Like when you are filling out the pet info- have a drop down table there so you can select your vet while you are in that pets profile.

Submitting claims is easy and you are actually reimbursed for claims. Other pet insurance companies I’ve had were more expensive, never paid a claim, and made it difficult to submit claims.

Not sure it's worth it
I think more could be done to reimburse the amount, especially with how much is paid to this insurance. We've kept it for now, but I haven't seen a huge benefit yet. We understand the pre-existing condition our dog has limits us from receiving reimbursement, but if we have treated it and are working on preventing it, that should be covered.
