Corissa S. Was the representative who took my call and helped me with my questions. She made the experience memorable, as she shared that she has six dogs who are the same breed as my dogs-Frenchies! Premiums just go up and up and when I actually needed it, they said they would not cover an actual sick visits as the Dr. listed it as an "exam" and said that "exams" are not covered... how would a doctor diagnose what turned out to be a immune issue with "examining" my dog?
