It's pretty frustrating to work with…
It's pretty frustrating to work with Embrace. As soon as you suit the invoice, they send you a message saying they need the invoice. This time, between the vet hospital and me, we submitted the same invoice 5 times. Each time Embrace would send two messages simultaneously: that they had the invoice and that they needed the invoice. I emailed twice asking for guidance and just got a canned reply from a bot saying that they needed the invoice. The experience would be better if an actual person looked at the claim and communicated clearly about what was needed, rather than having multiple automated messages being sent simultaneously.

Easy to sign up but during claims, adjusters are terrible at reviewing documentation but are good about trying to come up with excuses not to pay.
