I expect 70% of my bills not 55.85% that you changed it to. I expected $1,731.10 which is 70% of my costs you gave $1,381.49 that is 55.85% not 70% and you increased my rates . I am not satisfied with your policy of not paying what you advertise. I will tell everyone you lie!

Quick and easy claim mechanism
It is so easy and quick to make a claim. I have a big deductible so I have to have a couple of visits before I get paid, but putting in invoices even though I know I won't be paid for that visit is easy enough I don't resent it!

Such An Easy Process!!
Such an easy process! My puppy first injured a leg, and while I had intentions of getting him insured, I had procrastinated. That was a pricey bill so after that experience, I went on the hunt for good insurance that allowed me to customize the coverage to fit my wants/needs to my budget. ASPCA allowed for that. Fast forward a few months and he had a loose tooth that wouldn't fall out. When I brought him to the vet, they found several more teeth that had not fallen out AND a hernia that needed to be repaired! I decided to have him neutered at the same time, so needless to say the bill was large. Filing the claim with ASPCA was so easy, just a few questions and uploading my invoice. Once my vet uploaded his medical records the claim was approved in ONE DAY! And the best part? The money was in my account the following day. I can't recommend them enough. They made a not-so-good situation so much easier.
