I think it took too long to be reimbursed for the claim.. Submitted on a Tuesday and it was the following Tuesday.. 5 working days later before I was credited

I do not like that you charge a $3.00…
I do not like that you charge a $3.00 processing fee for a check. I know I can have it directly deposited for free, but that is not my preference. For what the premiums now cost, it is insulting to be charged an additional check processing fee.
