I would give them a zero star rating
I would give them a zero star rating. I paid thousands of dollars and when it came to submit for a claim they indicate it’s pre existing conditions or the deductible of $500 has to. E met each year. Well if you think about it you never get them to pay especially if your pet see a vet once a year for routine check up and due to the yearly deductible they never pay you back.

Disappointed in Service received
I have to say I am disappointed in the service I have received this week. The last person I talked to yesterday it seem like I bother her and she was not happy about explaining to me how to submit proof of no other coverage for pet. When I called Monday checking on the claims that showed pending, I feel like I should have been told what was needed. I could have provided that information on Monday instead of yesterday.

Okay, but too much inconsistency
Was good the first year but now it seems I constantly get claims denied for all kinds of different reasons? Never the same answer on why from the reps I speak to? Inconsistency big time lately? Once you have any pre existing, they figure they’ve got you stuck so the denials begin I guess. It’s always about the almighty dollar I guess with all insurance companies. Sad. 😞
